3. No Job or Employment Guarantee
Dizilogy does not provide or guarantee a job, employment, placement, salary, or employment contract to any student.
Our training and career-support services are intended to help students improve their knowledge, skills, CV, interview preparation, and job-application approach.
Any job opportunity, interview, selection, employment, salary, working conditions, or appointment is solely determined by the respective employer or company.
Participation in training does not create any employer-employee relationship between Dizilogy and the student.
4. Interview Support
As part of our training and career-support activities, Dizilogy may provide information about relevant companies or interview opportunities and may coordinate or facilitate interviews where such opportunities are available.
However:
An interview does not guarantee selection.
The final hiring decision is made solely by the concerned company/employer.
Dizilogy cannot guarantee that a student will be selected after an interview.
The number and availability of interview opportunities may vary.
Company requirements, eligibility criteria, and hiring decisions are outside Dizilogy’s control.
5. CV/Resume Building Support
Dizilogy may provide guidance and assistance in preparing or improving a student’s CV/Resume as part of the training or career-support process.
Students are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information.
Dizilogy is not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or false information provided by a student.
6. Job Application Guidance
Dizilogy may guide students on:
How to search for relevant job opportunities
How to identify suitable dispatcher-related positions
How to prepare a CV for applications
How to submit job applications
How to communicate with recruiters
How to prepare for interviews
General professional communication and application practices
Such guidance is educational and does not constitute a promise or guarantee of employment.
7. Course Fees and Payment
Students are required to pay the applicable course or training fee before or according to the payment schedule communicated by Dizilogy.
The applicable fee may vary depending on the selected course, batch, training format, duration, or package.
Students are responsible for confirming the course details and applicable fee before enrollment.
8. Non-Refundable Course Fees
All course/training fees paid to Dizilogy are non-refundable, unless Dizilogy expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Once enrollment has been confirmed and training/services have commenced or access has been provided, the student will not normally be entitled to a refund due to:
Change of mind
Personal reasons
Failure to attend classes
Failure to complete the course
Change in career plans
Failure to obtain a job
Failure to pass an interview
Failure to receive an interview
Failure to meet an employer’s eligibility requirements
Personal scheduling conflicts
Relocation or travel
Any other reason unrelated to a service failure expressly covered by a written refund agreement
Students are therefore advised to understand the course, fee structure, duration, and included services before making payment.
9. Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for:
Attending classes regularly
Completing assigned training activities
Participating in practical sessions
Providing accurate personal and professional information
Following trainer instructions
Maintaining professional conduct
Completing assignments or practical exercises where required
Using training materials only for personal educational purposes
Following applicable rules and policies communicated by Dizilogy.
10. Student Information
Students may be required to provide certain information for enrollment, training, CV preparation, communication, or career-support purposes.
Students agree to provide accurate and updated information.
Students should not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
11. Career and Employment Disclaimer
Any information provided by Dizilogy regarding career opportunities, job roles, salaries, companies, industry practices, or employment opportunities is provided for general educational and career-guidance purposes.
Past student experiences or outcomes should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.
Individual results may vary depending on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, communication abilities, interview performance, employer requirements, market conditions, and other circumstances.
12. No Guarantee of Results
Dizilogy does not guarantee any specific outcome from participating in its training programs.
In particular, Dizilogy does not guarantee:
Employment
Job placement
A particular salary
A particular job title
Selection by any company
A specific number of interviews
A specific number of job offers
Remote or work-from-home employment
Employment within a specific period

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior toward trainers, staff, other students, companies, recruiters, and interviewers.
Dizilogy reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of training access, in cases of serious misconduct, abusive behavior, harassment, fraud, unauthorized sharing of course materials, or other violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Dizilogy does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, security, or practices of third-party websites.

16. Student Feedback & Content Consent
